The latest cover of Elle's Magazine (July) featured the one and only Selena Gomez! She is sooo beautiful, i fell in love with every outfit, and her makeup of course! I decided to recreate her makeup look using drugstore products.This is also a review of the Maybeline eye-shadow quad in Sunlit Bronze.
I was quite disappointed with these eye-shadows, because they were way too shimmery and they were not pigmented. I knew that it wasn't going to be high end quality, but i have tried other Maybeline shadows that worked way better then this! I had to re-apply the eye-shadow several times, and had to use a mac eye-shadow on top of the orange shades to give it a little more oomph! All in all i managed to come up with a slight smokey orange color.
I used a bright creamy lipstick by NYX in Eros. (One of my faves!)
Of course it did not come out exactly like the picture, but i had lots of fun!

so pretty, very nice recreation! Ah I have that lipstick but I've never used it properly, I think I will have to now lol.
